Our “Yolo Way” culture of collaboration served us well when we needed to ramp quickly to address the pandemic crisis head on. Using Healthy Davis/Yolo Together as a successful innovation framework, we’ll discuss what key elements should be retained, improved on, fostered, and carried forward.
During the second half of our summit, we’ll participate in a facilitated conversation supplemented with a Google Jamboard to capture what next pressing issues would benefit from the application of our innovation framework. Let’s engage and create a shared purpose and vision for priority issues to jumpstart and/or reinvigorate action!
