Proposed Draft LAFCo Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/22
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday,March 25, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing via teleconference, pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020).
The Commission will hold the Public Hearing to review the proposed Draft LAFCo Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/22. The final budget will be approved at the May 27, 2021, Commission meeting. The review, approval, and notice of this budget will be performed consistent with Government Code section 56381.
Copies of the Executive Officer's Report and the Agenda, including the proposed Draft LAFCo Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/22, will be posted online at least five days prior to the hearing date at www.yololafco.org. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing.
