NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday,April 22, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing via teleconference, pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 (March 17, 2020).
The Commission will hold the Public Hearing to review proposed changes to the Yolo LAFCO fee schedule. The LAFCo fee schedule was last adopted in May 2020 updating standard jurisdictional changes to a flat fee versus a deposit for actual costs. The Commission recently asked for an evaluation of those changes. Staff recommendation is to revise the schedule for standard jurisdictional changes from a flat fee back to a deposit approach and charge actual costs.
Copies of the Executive Officer’s Report and the Agenda, including the proposed LAFCo fee schedule, will be available online at www.yololafco.org at least five days prior to the hearing date. For additional information concerning the agenda, please call (530) 666-8048. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing.
