Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, September 24, 2020, at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a Public Hearing via teleconference, pursuant to the March 17, 2020 Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, to consider the following agenda item:
Dunnigan Water District Annexation (LAFCo No. 935)
The Dunnigan Water District (DWD) has submitted an application to annex six parcels to the DWD to provide surface water irrigation for agricultural purposes.
The following parcels are located along the Tehama-Colusa Canal and I-5, near the town of Dunnigan: 051-140-035, 051-140-037, 052-010-006, 052-100-004, 052-110-001, 054-020-014.

The Proposal Application is currently posted on the LAFCo website at www.yololafco.org/active-proposals. The Executive Officer's Report and the Agenda will be posted online at least five days prior to the noticed hearing at www.yololafco.org. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing.
