NOTICE OF PUBLIC PROCEEDINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter, the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will hold a meeting at the Yolo County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 625 Court Street, Room 206, Woodland, CA to consider the following agenda item:

Project Title: 
City of Davis Annexation for the West Davis Active Adult Community (LAFCo No. 932)

Project Description:
The City of Davis has submitted a proposal application to annex assessor’s parcel number 036-060-005 for the West Davis Active Adult Community project, which would include 380 single family residential units, and an activity/wellness center for seniors. Per Government Code Section 56662, LAFCo intends to waive protest proceedings because the City and landowner have given their written consent to the proposal.

Location:
This parcel is located on the northwest corner of West Covell Boulevard and Risling/Shasta Drive in Davis.

The petition, description and maps, will be on file at the LAFCo office, 625 Court Street, Suite 107 Woodland, California. The Executive Officer's Report and the Agenda will be posted at least five days prior to the noticed hearing at the above address and online at www.yololafco.org. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing.
